      Henan Compere Smart Technology Co., Ltd. in order to better adhere to the "customer first, people-oriented, cooperation and win-win" business principles, and implement the concept of providing customers with top quality products and services, especially invited Mr. Zhang Xiaowei who worked in Xuji Group Lean Office to conduct internal training for Compere staff. Mr. Zhang commits to implement lean behaviors into every aspect of daily operations and provide better service and products to customers by learning lean production and lean management.


      On July 19, 2018, the lean production swearing-in meeting was started as scheduled. Compere staff attended the swearing-in meeting. The meeting issued a letter of appointment for the lean executive, and invited the general manager to give a speech on lean plan, implement, and achieving. We firmly believe that the implementation of lean production is our best choice inspired by the wonderful mobilization speech. Our company must be big and strong. We must provide customers with high-quality, cost-effective products, to enhance our core competitiveness. And the lean production is our best choice.
       


       
      Why implement lean production?

      Under the market where product varieties are becoming more and more abundant and product life cycle is shorter, enterprises are facing more and more challenges:

      ◆ Delivery time is getting shorter, but urgent orders are getting more and more;
      ◆ Design changes and order changes more frequently;
      ◆ The changing market demand makes production capacity insufficient or surplus sometimes;
      ◆ Production lines switch frequently;

      After the start of the conference at 9:30 am on July, 19th, the lean team and employee representatives conducted a two full days training in the conference room. Through face-to-face interactive training, the aim was to give everyone a new understanding of leanness in thought. In the future work, lean thinking will run through in the whole process of production value flow. We will devote our attentions to establishing single piece mobility, eliminating waste and increasing value, continuously improving and defining the course of improvement (plan), and improve the implementation of lean production.
